Here is my friend Vgirl doing the same thing on a bigger bike. This is a Valkyrie.. Big freaking bike it is. This is her first night trying this exercise and she is doing great!! Tanya has only been riding this bike a couple of months. I am very proud of her. She did better than me.

Tanya and I spend most of the time together in the parking lot. We are the ol faithfuls. But is is so much fun to watch the improvement and pic each other up when we think we are loosers at certain things. We can pout and the other one pull the other out of the poor me attitude we can get ourselves into.
